CONCERTS & CHOIRS We have had a variety of concerts in the Hall -brass bands, jazz, and classical baroque - and the participants have been full of praise. We have the spaciousness their music needs; there are no obstructive pillars to spoil the presentation; and the acoustics are as good for soloists as for the large choirs.When choir and orchestra are performing together, seating for the choir can be set on the stage, so that voices are not drowned by instruments. For the use of soloists and accompanists, we have a grand piano and a pipe organ. All concerts need an interval, and intervals need obvious facilities. We have built in, at the rear of the hall, a well equipped kitchen, to provide refreshments. Toilets are easily available at the rear of the hall.            Full Site . Intro . Gallery . Theatre .
